Most Americans want a new member of Congress

Taegan Goddard's Political Wire reports on an overlooked finding in the new WSJ/NBC poll:
For the first time since 1994, a majority of voters would like to see their individual member of Congress defeated for re-election.
Q. In the 2006 election for US Congress, do you feel that your representative deserves to be reelected, or do you think it is time to give a new person a chance? Deserves to be reelected: 37% Give new person a chance: 51%
I think they have all let us down and we ought to throw all of them out and get some new blood in there. Talk about a shake-up. It would be nice to start off with a clean slate.
